  I'm a fitness enthusiast with over a decade of experience in strength training and bodybuilding. I live a very busy lifestyle and I know the importance of staying in the best physical condition. Living a "fitness lifestyle" is a must for me. I started 413 Fitness & Nutrition as a way to help others who live a fitness lifestyle or who desire to. I'm a certified Sports Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition and Wellness Supplement Retailer. From the beginner to the intermediate and sadly but true even some advanced individuals.
