Once tolerance has been established, the user may increase dose to 3 Hot Caps per 24 hour period. Never exceed 3 Hot Caps per 24 hour period. Take with at least 6-8 oz. of water or your favorite caffeine-free beverage. Consuming TIGHT! XTREME RELOADED on an empty stomach may cause nausea.
